Terms and Conditions

BOOKING


  • Client understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due in order to book a date for refinishing.  Refinishing dates cannot be guaranteed without initial deposit.
  • A itemized invoice will be sent to the client via Quickboooks, which will include client's desired finish.
  • By submitting an inital deposit, client accepts, understands and agrees to Terms and Conditions as set forth herein.


FINISH


  • Client agrees to color(s), finish(es), modification(s), etc. of furniture items as stated in client's invoice (via QuickBooks).
  • Client understands that any changes made to the original invoice may incur additional charges.
  • Quotes are for front, top and sides.  If client wishes to to have other areas, such as, back, inside, etc. refinished/restored, client will incur additional charges. (This includes, but is not limited to, wood conditioning, painting, drawer liners, stripping, staining.)


SHIPPING/DELIVERY/LOCAL PICKUP


  • Henson Home Furnishings, LLC provides shipping via third party couriers.  Shipping totals will be added to the final balance and must be paid in full before item(s) is shipped.  Henson Home Furnishings, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.  Client may purchase separate insurance if he or she so chooses.  Shipping times vary from two (2) to six (6) weeks.
  • Henson Home Furnishings, LLC provides delivery to the cental Mississippi area.  A delivery charge of $0.58 per mile plus an hourly rate of $75 will be added for a round trip destination.  All invoices must be paid in full (along with delivery charges) prior to delivery.  Delivery applies to first floor only.  We do not carry furniture pieces up or down flights of stairs.  In this case, other arrangements will need to be made by the client.
  • For local pickup, Henson Home Furnishings, LLC will hold your item(s) for seven (7) days once a final staged photo has been sent.  Staged photo will also be added to client's invoice for record keeping purposes.  Client understands that after seven (7) days, if pickup or delivery has not been scheduled, a $10 per day per piece storage fee with accrue on the invoice.  This must be paid in full before furniture is released.  If thirty (30) days have passed, client relinquishes all deposits and furniture and it then becomes proprery of Henson Home Furnishings, LLC to sell, refinish, dispose of and/or sell at their discretion.


MEDIA


  • Client agrees that Henson Home Furnishings, LLC may use any and all photos or videos of client's furniture piece(s) for educational, demonstrative and/or marketing purposes.


CANCELLATION POLICY


  • All sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
  • Henson Home Furnishings is not responsible for buyer's remorse.
